FREAKY FRIDAY

It seems that the current political climate in our country does not allow for different takes or varying opinions.  Many people, evidently, will not accept that other people could - sanely - have a differing opinion or point of view on things.  The outrage some people show for others with an opposing view is astounding.  The situation seems frozen . . . so cold people refuse to move. 

All of us come from differing places; differing backgrounds, differing circumstances.  Those differences will surely bring people to differing conclusions.  This shouldn't surprise anyone but it seems it does. 

For me, I'm going to make a concerted effort to be more tolerable of other's opinions.  I'm going to purse my lips and silence my keyboard whenever I hear a differing opinion.  It'll be difficult for me.  I hate to see my friends be wrong.
