Here is a reminder that you can receive notification of the International Space Station moving over your area during a visible period. NASA will send a notification to your e-mail address whenever it happens, Visit spotthestation.nasa.gov to sign up for notifications.
For instance, I have been notified that the station will be visible in the Cincinnati area tonight, April 5, beginning at 8:58 PM. It will be visible for 6 minutes. The maximum height will be 52°. It will appear 10° above WNW and disappear 12° above SSE. It is amazing how accurate this is. If you don't know WNW and SSE from your location, use your iPhone (it's on an app that comes with the phone).
I find it thrilling every time I see the station. You'll know it when you see it even though it's not much different looking than an airplane. When you see it, say a prayer for the safe return of the brave people aboard the station.
