Prayer is talking, communicating with God. We can think of a thousand things to say and ask. What do you hear God say to you? It could be something like this.
You are my child. Do you doubt that I am listening? Does a parent give to a child everything the child wants?
For your sake, I have allowed the people I created to ridicule, torture, and cruelly murder my only Son. What have you done for me?
I have given you sight to see all of my blessings. What do you spend your time watching?
I have given you hearing to hear the word my Son brought to the world. What do you listen to?
I have given you the ability to communicate the message that my son brought to the world. What do you talk about?
I have given you everything you need. What will you do for me?
