MIDWEEK PRAYER

 Here's a good suggestion.  No matter what prayer you say and no matter when you say it, ask God to remember all those you have forgotten and, especially, all those you promised to pray for but have failed to do so.  

I found this prayer on the internet - the Women's Day site.  Apropos for us.  

Loving God, I pray that you will 

comfort me in my suffering,

lend skill to the hands of my healers,

and bless the means used for my cure.

Give me such confidence in the power of your grace,

that even when I am afraid, 

I may put my whole trust in you;

through our savior, Jesus Christ.

Amen
