MIDWEEK PRAYER

 God our father, I seek the wisdom of Solomon, the patience of Job, obedience like Jonah, the dedication of John the Baptist,  the courage of Paul, and the strength of Peter.  Help us to conform our lives to emulate Joseph and Mary as parents of your son, Jesus.  May my every decision be influenced by the Scriptures and directed toward the end that I seek; eternal life in your presence.  Amen
