This weekend at Catholic mass you will hear stories from both Old and New Testaments about how good comes from good and bad comes from bad; how the blind cannot lead the blind nor the student teach the teacher; how good trees produce good fruit if they have been cared for well; how good people produce good works if they take care.
It's not a foreign concept. You probable already said, "Well, I knew that." Did you? Do you act on it? Another part of this has to do with the judgements we make. Do you judge an offspring by the parent? Do you judge the works of other by how you judge them?
Be sure that God does not judge before He sees and hears. If you want to be Christian, do as Christ. It is our test. God will not judge us until the end and we will not be judged until all the evidence is in. Do that as well with your fellow man.
Alert !!!! Wednesday begins Lent. It is the season of our preparation for Easter.
