From the looks of the above, I've fallen into the realm of "dad" jokes.  I'll try to get that out of my system.  I'm actually trying to improve my sleep habits.  Like many old timers, I don't sleep very well at night.  That doesn't bother me too much, I just supplement the shortfall with naps.  I love naps.  Besides that, you never hear of anyone dying in their nap.
