BORROWED WISDOM

The giant squid has the largest eyes in the animal kingdom.  They are over 10 inches in diameter.  All the better to see you with, my dear.

A Japanese company grew a record breaking radish.  It weighed over 101 pounds.  Why?  Some people will do anything to get into the Guinness Book of Records. 

Here is the oldest joke I can remember learning -  maybe about 1952 (I would have been 7).  On a day like today, my Dad would say, "Did you hear they're not going to sell beer at the Reds games this year?  (pause)  They can't, they lost the opener!"  Now you know where I got my keen sense of humor.
