MIDWEEK PRAYER

If someone prays for patience, do you think God gives them patience?  More likely, He gives them a chance to be patient.  

If someone prays for courage, does God give them courage or the opportunity to be courageous?  

If someone prays for his family to be closer, do you think God gives them warm, fuzzy feelings, or does he give them opportunities to love each other?

Hopefully, you know how to pray.  The real challenge is to sense the answer to your prayers.  It takes practice and patience.  You can do it.  

Pray once today as Jesus taught us.  Call out to God as Our Father . . .
