Have you noticed that it is now common for people to say that they are seeking justice when they are actually seeking revenge? I have heard this on news interviews many times in the last few years. People "seek justice" for others who have been injured or killed. Seeking revenge is not healthy.
This is all related to a mistrust of the police and our court system. Renewing a trust in those systems is essential to having a peaceful society. Look for someone with this ability (to renew trust) in any candidate you back in coming elections.
