MIDWEEK PRAYER

Today is the day the Church remembers Joseph, spouse of Mary and foster father of Jesus.  We don't know much about him.  He evidently died before Jesus began His public life and death.  He was a good man, I'm sure.  He did what God asked him to do.  He was chosen - it was planned.

Not everyone born this day was planned.  But, I've found that often the best events are surprises - even if they take months to develop.   Happy Birthday, Stacey Marie.

Ask Joseph to intercede for you with Jesus.  He surely has some pull with Him.

Saint Joseph, Pray for us.  Help me to be a good parent.  Amen
