Another week of unsettled financial markets fueled by seesawing tariffs and tariff threats. I guess we need to get used to it. In the end, the Dow finished down a bit and the S&P up a bit. Hang in there, folks.
Last weekend's movie box office take saw the gamers continue to flock to the big screen and keep "A Minecraft Movie" in first place for a second week in a row. New flic "King of Kings" came in second, far behind the leader. In total, five new releases fought each other for customers and finished in places 2nd through 6th place. "The Accountant 2" is set to hit theaters next week. I loved the original. Also coming next week, you might be able to see "Superboys of Malegaon", "Until Dawn" or "Havoc". You got me?? Notice that nobody wants to premier a new movie on Easter weekend.
We're definitely into the Spring weather changover in Southwestern Ohio right now. Still some cool nights, many glorious afternoons and a splash of rain here and there. Golf season is here. Shorts are in order if you've got good looking legs like mine.
The wars and threats of wars go on. People are talking - that should be good. Try not to be impatient.
A crazy shot some people at the Florida State University with a handgun. Two were killed and six injured in the incident. The slain people were adults working at the university. Some of the six were students. None who were shot had any connection to the shooter. It seems it was totally random. The shooter was the son of a police officer and he evidently used a family gun.
Time to think about flowers you will plant this year. In this zone, you should wait until about Mothers Day to be safe from freezing.
