Monday's quiz was supposed to be an easy one. Evidently, some of you are directionally challenged. That shouldn't worry you - my wife was also and it didn't matter a bit. She always told me to "Stop with the Easts and Wests and tell be which way to go." She was beautiful in so many ways.
RJ hit the nail on the head as I saw it by saying "South". On the North Pole the only direction you could step would be south. After that, all four directions are in play. Good job RJ.
I was stunned by the answer from SMF and the more I thought about it, it was a good point. She said "UP". She reasoned that the reindeer would lift Santa immediately! Maybe that is true. I never gave "UP" a thought.
All that aside, I hope Santa got to each of you and gave you not so much what you wanted but what you needed.
