RUNNING
Did 5K in shorts and tee shirt, yesterday. Amazing weather for this time of year. I hope the forecast is wrong for Thursday's 10K. I'd rather not run in sweats.
There weren't many cars on the road this morning. I guess a lot of people take vacation this week. Three days gets you nine in a row.
Caught some indoor soccer this weekend. It sure is better than outdoor. 40 minutes of non-stop action. Huge number of shots on goal. I can take that.
Its wonderful that red wine is good for your heart. After yesterday, my heart must be soooo good.
