OK! I'm now a trained first aid provider. I have a card that says so. Five hours of training...Yes CPR...Yes AED, too. (AED is automated external defibrillator) Yes, go dial 911. I hope I never have to use my new skills. I also hope that if I have the opportunity, I can. Don't test me, please.
Don't you pass up the opportunity to get trained if it is presented to you. Please.
