When I was taking first aid class, we had to find the point on the centerline of the chest that was directly between the nipples. This is the spot used for chest compressions to aid in blood circulation. I asked the instructor if we had to adjust this method in the case of older women. Surely, it wouldn't due for us to be making these compressions on the abdomen.
