President Nixon said this to a crowd of over 400 Associated Press managing editors at a convention in Walt Disney World. It sadly speaks to his legacy. He was a President I voted for and admired. He was a brilliant man. His foreign and domestic policies were good. He had to deal with the Democrats' war in Vietnam and finally put it to an end. Alas, his morals were suspect. I stood with him to the end.
