The weather is just the best down here this time of year. Mid to high seventies, clear and dry, just the conditions that make us old folks say, "Wouldn't this be nice, all year round?"



I'm treating this like two weeks at a fat farm. Each day I spend a half hour on the treadmill and about a half hour with the weights. I ride the bike for a half hour and shoot baskets or toss football for an hour or so. When nobody is watching, I sneak around looking for food .
