The Gallop Poll people have taken a Values and Beliefs Surveys since 1995. For the first time, Americans expressed majority Pro-Life sentiments. 51% to 46% claimed to be Pro Life. The change in the stance of Americans is confirmed by a poll taken since 1975 which quizzes the legality of abortion. More Americans than ever, 22%, feel that abortion is ALWAYS illegal. Most encouraging of all is the trend that recent surveys show.
My guess is that the changes in these surveys is attributable to the fact that America is made up of more and more Catholic Hispanics than ever. Immigration done correctly is not a bad thing.
