My crazy sister was in town for the past week. She's the ultimate California enigma - a conservative 'valley girl'. Too bad she's such a minority out there. One of the reasons that global warming doesn't scare me is that I'm not afraid to lose California to the Pacific Ocean. I love my sister but to the state I would say "Good riddance!"
