What have we done with sports in this country?
A look back at the Roman Empire always brings to mind the sight of gladiators fighting to the death in the middle of the arena or centurions racing chariots or Christians trying to ward off hungry lions. I'm sure betting was going on. It was a society with too much time on it's hands. A society with too much money for it's own good.
In the year 4000, we will be depicted filling out brackets. Dontchaluvit?
