SOFTBALL

Well, the weather was beautiful.  We finally played our first game of the season.  Most of the same old guys were there...no one new.

The game was a little strange.  We scored five runs in the first two innings and led 5-0.  It seemed almost too easy.  We ended up losing 9-5. 

I pitched the whole game and went 0-2 plus a sac fly.  My achilles is a little ouchy but not too bad.  It did feel great to play...have a beer or two...and tell stories for an hour or so after the game.  This is livin'.
