Focus. This is one of my favorite words. Focus. Focus on what has to be done. Focus on what you are doing. Focus on what is most important. You'll be better off for it. Distractions waste valuable time. Distractions cause mistakes that wouldn't otherwise be made. Distraction cause accidents.
Be focused! Don't let yourself be distracted.
