WHO KNEW?

Things I've learned too late:

When you are buying replacement windows for your house, add at least $100 per window to the total installed cost  for 'treatment'.  It turns out each new window needs a new 'treatment'.  Treatment means shades, blinds, curtains and drapes.  New windows can't stand to be seen with old 'treatment'.  Who knew?
