TIRES

I had to buy a tire yesterday.  Suzanne's Prius picked up a nail.  It was on the outer edge of the tread, so it couldn't be repaired.  The one little tire cost me over $180.  When did tires get so expensive?  I haven't purchased a tire in twenty years and I was shocked.  When they gave me the price, I said no thanks and left.  I called around the city and everyone had about the same price for that tire.  For all I knew, you could get four tires for $180.  More proof that I'm living in the past.  Pack me up and send me to the bone yard.
