What you eat and drink is more important than what you do in the way of exercise.

Avoid FRIED;  go with baked, blackened or broiled
Avoid BATTERED and BREADED;  go with roasted
Avoid BUTTERY and CREAMY;  go with dry, sauteed
Avoid CHEESY;  try it plain
Avoid GLAZED and CANDIED;  go with fresh
Avoid SODA;  go with water
Avoid LARGE;  go with small
Avoid SALT;  go with pepper
Avoid ALCOHOL;  go with - Oh, what the Hell. Who am I to talk?
