OUCH

I have a sore left wrist.  I don't know why.  I've had it for a week and haven't been able to remember how I got it.

This morning, I drove to the Dayton airport and back and it hurt most of the way.  When nearly back home, I realized I'm a left handed driver.  I do everything else right handed but keep my left hand on the wheel all of the time.   I tried using my right hand and it felt uncomfortable.  This is strange.  Has something happened to my brain?
