STAND

Stand don't sit.  That's my recommendation.  I try to stand whenever I can.  I often turn down the offer of a seat.

In the last twenty years or so, it has become apparent to the physical fitness community just how important the core muscles are.  These are mainly your abs (abdominal), lats (lower back), glutes (booty) and spine stabilizers. These muscles are talked about and pictured all the time.

Of course, you can exercise and strengthen these muscles like any other but the simplest method every person can use is - stand ... don't sit.  All these muscles come into play when you stand.

Do yourself a favor.  Guard against back pain.  Stand up for yourself.
