I've had my car laid up for the last two days while a scratch was fixed - this was the scratch caused by a palm tree that jutted out into a Charleston street where I was trying to park.  Anyway, the newest thing at Dave Brinkman's Carstar body shop is they will message or e-mail you progress pictures if you like.  I guess it gives people that warm fuzzy feeling that their car is actually being taken care of.  It didn't interest me for this little job.  Just found it interesting.
