INCOME TAXES

Well, I finished my tax returns the other day.  This is early for me.

I've done my own tax returns all my life.  This is partly because I never had much money or amassed much wealth, so that the return was pretty simple.  It was also partly because I always believe I can do things myself and almost never ask for help.  This got me in trouble once or twice and maybe caused me to miss a few dollars in returns over the years.  I'll never know . . . or care.

Completing your own tax return is very satisfying.  I also think it makes you more aware of where your money goes and the value of a dollar.  Every person should try it if they can.
