Ascension Day! the remembrance of Jesus ascending into heaven at the end of His physical time on earth.

After He was murdered, there was a period of time when He appeared to some of His followers and directed them on the road to constructing a new church.  He said many meaningful things during this period but the most significant is His charge to his followers to:  "Go into the whole world and preach the gospel to every creature."
