THE TOP OF THE HILL

It seems logical to me that from the time when we are born to some age, we get physically better and better.  It also seems logical to me that from the time when we are born to some age, we get mentally better and better.  I'm pretty sure the age is not the same.  I'm also pretty sure that the ages vary to some degree from one person to the next.  Like it or not, there is some age when we start to decline.

I know you don't like to think about it but, maybe, you should.  I don't like to think about it because those ages have long since past for me.  In fact, I'm afraid I might be further away from my peak than when I was born.  It's a sad situation.
