SUNDAY SERVICE

On this Sunday, we celebrate the gift that Jesus left us - his body and blood.  My thinking on this has changed a little over the years.

I think he wanted us to remember him and receive him into our hearts, not only at our Sunday service during communion, but every time we eat...every time.  If you want to improve your life, thank God every time you eat.

It seems preposterous to us, in this time and in this country, that people could actually be hungry.   Food shortages are foreign to me . . . something that I have never seen in my life.  We are so blessed.  Always give thanks.  Always remember that our sustenance comes from God.
