WHEN I WAS A KID

When I was a kid, there were only four brands of after shave that I remember;  English Leather, Hai Karate, Clubman and Old Spice.  I really think that's all there were.  English Leather was the top brand.  I wanted it a long timer before I got it and when I had it - I knew I was cool.

Old men, like my father and grandfather, used Old Spice.  Clubman could be found in the golf course and night club rest rooms.  Hai Karate was on the the wild side.

Well, that's the way I remember them.  Now, I just try to avoid the "old age" smell.
