BIRTHDAYS

Birthdays are not that important.  Mine is today.  It marks that I have stood on this round ball we call Earth for 72 orbits of the Sun and haven't fallen off yet.  I'm not sure why.

I am proudest, not of anything I have done, but of my progeny . . . four children and ten grandchildren.  They are all beautiful, intelligent and healthy - good people.   They are a testament to my wife's overwhelming influence and the blessings bestowed by God.  I thank Him for that every day.
