CINCINNATI

It takes all kinds and Cincinnati is no exception.   Take for instance, one of our most famous sons. His name is Robert John Burck.

What?  You say you've never heard of him?

He is very famous.  He's 46 years old and has risen to stardom on or near Broadway - usually, in Times Square.  He is an actor, musician, singer writer, writer and one-time candidate for President of the United States.  He has appeared in many big cities from coast to coast and in Europe.  Of course, he's been back here is Cincinnati many times also.  He is better known as the Naked Cowboy.

Burck went to elementary school at Our Lady of the Rosary in our Greenhills suburb.  He earned a bachelors degree in political science from the University of Cincinnati.    He makes his living making personal appearances and product endorsements.  Except when he is being paid to make an appearance somewhere else, he can be found every day at noon on Times Square in NYC.  Yes, he did announce that he was running for President opposing BHO in the 2012 election.

No, no.  He's not really naked.  He wears cowboy boots, a cowboy hat and briefs that he hides with a guitar.  I've copied a page of pictures from the internet for your viewing enjoyment.  Another local makes good.
