RACIAL BIAS?

It's okay, in fact advisable, to have a color bias when you are EATING.  I say, avoid WHITE food as much as possible.  White is bad.  Get that in your heads.

White bread - bad.  White rice - bad.  White sugar - bad.  White flour in anything - bad.  White cheese - bad.  White potato - bad.  White milk - bad.  White salad dressing - bad. White mice - bad.

Okay, these things wont kill you immediately or maybe ever but they do bring with them things that aren't very good for you.  At least, keep them to a minimum - and, if you have a choice, choose a color - not white.

Every medical ad on TV these days must have a long list of warnings and clarifications.  Not to be outdone, here are mine.
  • multi-colored fruit loops are not better than oatmeal
  • fresh white meat is not bad - processed is bad
  • vanilla ice cream or cake covered in chocolate syrup or icing is still white
  • beer is not white but the foam is - be careful not to drink the foam 
  • white wine is not white - go for it
