Every week in this spot I mention something I like about Cincinnati. It's time for a reversal. Here's one thing I don't like.
Airports are coded by a group called IATA. The Greater Cincinnati International Airport has an ID code of CVG. The nearest large city to the airport (which is in Hebron, Kentucky) is Covington. CVG stands for Covington. I hate that. Some airport in podunk Iowa has the designation CIN. I hate that.
