UNCOMMON SENSE

When you lock the outside doors of your house or apartment, it is not because you hate everyone outside or even fear everyone outside.  It is because you love everyone inside and want to protect them and your valuables.  Makes sense to me.  Think about it.

The deepest satisfaction in old age is enjoyed when discovering that the children you have raised are raising great children.  A job well done.

Twenty years ago, I bemoaned that fact that I had love handles.  Well, I think they fell in love.  They stretched around to meet each other - result - grandpa belly.  Yuck!
