Japan is a relatively small island chain. It shocks me to learn that more people live in greater Tokyo than in all of Canada. Can you say population density? In Canada there are about 10 people for every square mile of land; while in the city of Tokyo, there are over 16,000 for every square mile.
A group of experts judging symphony orchestras and the halls in which they play turned up some surprising information. Cleveland Orchestra was voted among the top twenty in the world. Three of the top six concert halls in the world are located in Vienna, Austria (population less than 2 million).
