The Ingalls Building was constructed in 1903 at the corner of 4th and Vine Streets in Cincinnati. The 16-story structure is the first reinforced concrete skyscraper built in the world. Cincinnati architects, Elzner and Anderson were responsible for the design. It was named after local investor Mellville E. Ingalls. The building has been designated a National Civil Engineering Landmark and is on the National Register of Historic Places. No concrete building in the world exceeded six stories prior to it's construction. Here is a picture of it being built and a recent photo.
