Have you been to Spain or Mexico and seen a bull fight?  The bull becomes incensed at the red cape the toreador is waving in front of him.  Bulls hate the color red.  Wrong - all bulls are color blind.  Any color cape would do.

Why is the iPhone or it's android equivalent so expensive?  "It's not!" says Apple CEO Tim Cook.  Just imagine buying all the items it replaces. . . i.e. a phone, a camera, an alarm clock, a calculator, a dictionary, an encyclopedia, a flashlight, a GPS locator, a tape recorder, a tape or CD player, a radio a television, a video recorder, a photo album, a notebook, a newspaper subscription, a compass, a library of books, ... that's enough, there's more but I don't want my computer to run out of ink.

The game of golf was first played in 1497 on the eastern coast of Scotland.  Similar stick and ball games were played earlier but none used the one ingredient that makes the game special - the hole in the ground.  Some historians suspect that cussing also began on the eastern coast of Scotland.

The Yellowstone National Park sits atop the Yellowstone Caldera which happens to be the largest supervolcano on the continent.  Supervolcanos erupt with the highest magnitude recordable.  Don't let that stop you from visiting this beautiful gem in our northwest; if it goes, we may all go.
