CINCINNATI

The concept of 'sister cities' is not new.   It's been around for about seventy years but has become real popular in the last twenty-five. The idea is to build a relationship between diverse cities to promote the transfer of ideas, culture, goods and services.  I thought you should know all (there are eight) of the 'sister cities' of Cincinnati.

Here they are (I have added the populations):
Amman, Jordan;  4 million people
Gifu City, Japan;  400,000 pop.
Harare, Zimbabwe;  1.6 million pop.
Kharkiv, Ukraine;   2.2 million pop.
Liuzhou, Guangxi, Peoples Republic of China;   1.4 million pop.
Munich, Germany;  1.5 million pop.
Mysore, Karnataka, India;  900,000 pop.
Nancy, France;  100,000 pop.
New Taipei, Taiwan Republic of China;  8.5 million pop.
Szeged, Hungary.   200,000 pop.

(Of course, it may not be politically correct any more to call them 'sister' cities.  We may offend boys or those who don't identify as either sex.)
