What is the largest city in America based on land area?  Three guesses.  Wrong! Wrong! Wrong!
It is Sitka, Alaska.  All of the top four are in Alaska.  #5 is Jacksonville, Florida.  Wow!


In baseball, the home plate is a 17" square with half it's sides cut away leaving 8-1/2" and a right angle at the point.  Pythagoras would tell you the lengths to the point are a tinge over 12". 


While we're at it.  Baseball rules call for the ball to be between 2-7/8" and 3" in diameter.  This leeway has led many to wonder if Major League Baseball changes how tightly balls are wound and stitched effecting how many home runs are hit.  I doubt it.


How's your pleura?  You've got one, you know, and it's very important.  Two things that are always working in our bodies are the heart and lungs.  They work together and we can't do without them.  The pleura is a thin membrane surrounding the lungs.  It encloses a liquid film which provides for  your lungs a smooth surface on which to expand and contract.  You need that.  An inflammation of the pleura is called pleurisy.  When you have it, it hurts to breathe.   Practice deep breathing - it's good for your body and soul.
