MIDWEEK PRAYER

 Dear Lord,

when I need to see what is right,

be my eyes;

when I need to hear what is said,

be my ears;

when I need to say a helpful word,

be my voice;

when I have fallen,

lift me up 

and when I have strayed,

lead me toward your home.
