 Anosognosia is a neurologic medical condition where a person does not become aware that he has a problem because of the problem.  Most notable example; Alzheimer's disease.  If you know you're losing cognition, you do not have Alzheimer's - you might be just old.

Dromedary camels are from Africa and the Middle East.  They have one hump.  Asian camels, called Bactrian camels are from Asia's rocky desert and steppes.  They have two humps.  This is how the people of Israel knew the Three Kings (Magi) in search of Jesus, the Christchild, were from the East; they were riding two humped camels.
