Yes, plan your Sunday. Of course, Sunday is the Lord's Day - a day of rest. Give the day to Him.
For sure, take in a short, peaceful, visit to God's house. If at Catholic mass, you will hear portions of the Old and New Testaments and the Gospels read aloud. The theme this week is carrying the words of God to others. We are all called to carry into our world the Good News that Jesus brought us. Love one another.
Then, later, while you're rooting against the Pittsburgh Steelers, try to be Christian. And if you can't, well, ask for forgiveness after the game. God will surely understand.
