RETRO TIME

 These are the two first entries I made on the blog.  It happened when I was at work, playing on my computer - 19 years ago.  Not sure what prompted these thoughts, but, I'll stand by them.

If you drink iced tea or cool aid or the like and think you are drinking water, you are missing the point. Caffeine and sugars tend to dehydrate you and counteract the good effects of the water. Stick with pure unadulterated water. (at least as pure as you can find it)

If you drink enough water consistently, your body will eventually stop retaining as much water. You will actually lose weight. Your body is smart. It knows it needs water and will retain enough to get it through a tough time unless it is confident that it will have enough water to do its job. Drink Water!
