I read that China is in the planning stages of a $200 billion tunnel, 8,000 miles long, under the Pacific Ocean from China to the USA.  I'm sure it would involve a very fast train or two.  I won't be here for that one - I think I'm glad.  ($200 billion is not near enough)

Plant City, Florida claims to be the Strawberry Capital of the World.  I always wondered what plant they were talking about.  At one time, the Cincinnati Reds held their spring training in Plant City.

Argonaut Octopus live in the ocean and hang out near the surface rather than at the bottom like most other octopuses.  The female of that group is at least five times larger than the male.  The young live in and develop their own shell.  An octopus is supposed to have eight arms but the little male Argonaut only has seven; the eighth is actually it's sex organ.  Males only mate once and then die.  If my wife were five time larger than me, . . .
