Oh God, our help in time of need, you are just and merciful, and you listen to all the prayers of your people. Look down upon us, though we are miserable sinners, and have mercy on us.
Deliver us from the personal troubles we now have. Grant us, we pray, the help of Your divine grace and instill in us the patience and strength to endure these problems. Let us always have the courage to say that 'not ours but Your will be done.'
You know our misery and sufferings and to You, our only hope and refuge, we come for relief and comfort. Trusting in Your infinite love and compassion, we know that you will deliver us from this trouble in your time. We also know that a time will come when you will free us of all the problems of this world. We look forward to that time known only to You. Until then, let us rejoice in Your mercy and exalt and praise Your holy name; Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Amen.
